 Previously archived study suggests that recently formed "Time Crime Tactical Squad" has always existed. The Department of Funding has recently unearthed a blank cheque addressed to the TCTacs, along with a cease and desist order, barring the department from further investigation. Both documents had been signed by current administration of finance, Keith Ledger, who is scheduled to have a heart attack next week.

 Local time thieves have stolen eleven hours from public clocks. Officials have denied allegations that corporate time keeping has been affected in a recent conference. The conference was delayed for unrelated reasons. The public have been asked to refrain from referring to these events as "Time Crimes".

It should be noted that the recent gift of three [REDACTED] dogs to Corporate, are absolutely apolitical in nature, citizens implying otherwise will have their PES penalised.

Chalked up to current radiation levels, several wall sections in the Condominium have burst forth meaty innards. These areas are now restricted zones. Those found creating graffiti will have that held against them in "priority re-evaluation hearings." Criminals are not the type of civilians that are a high priority to Corporate. Sentient Graffiti are equally subject to these new rulings. Local stationary store owners have not seen the Far-Reacher in their stores.

24/7 surveillance has been installed throughout Malvern. The mass observation is in an effort to try and track down the Far-Reacher to ensure they do not escape through Questforce fingers during this crisis. Observant civilians have noticed markings dating the surveillance equipment back several years. Unrelatedly these people have recently been designated "low-priority" Surveillance is oneway.
