Those found creating graffiti will have that held against them in "priority re-evaluation hearings." Criminals are not the type of civilians that are a high priority to Corporate.

Taskforces ask civilians to avoid the downtown mercantile district, in light of the recently revealed cannibal cult massacre that took place in a local butchery.
