MJ38-C8 has broken containment. The various necessary body parts are being scraped off of the facility walls to rebuild the involved researchers, so that their PES may be penalised.

Questforce Extermination squads have been deployed.

Those deemed low-priority have taken to the somewhat flooded south caves to hideout from the radiation, mild rioting, and nuclear snow. Officials have warned against this as the caves still contain vast amounts of toxic chemicals, civilians say they "don't care"
