The forest echoes with the broadcasted screams of an unidentified person, they keep screaming: "October." Nobody knows what it could mean. No one has seen the travelling ass.
Those deemed low-priority have taken to the somewhat flooded south caves to hideout from the radiation, mild rioting, and nuclear snow. Officials have warned against this as the caves still contain vast amounts of toxic chemicals, civilians say they "don't care"
