Corporate Moneybags has had the underground tunnels flooded with experimental napalm gas, officially as an attempt to purge the Zikoid population from the Condominium. Local smugglers have not been heard from since, Corporate offers similar product in lieu of the smuggler's, at a 500% markup of course.

a wizard

23/03/18: a wizard judges silently with upmost informity, none may question a wizard's judgement for it is final. a wizard was chosen by it's council to be as such and adheres only to them, for a wizard thinks angering a council of a wizard's equals is unwise. a wizard knows many tricks, and can confirm that both love and TV is a spell.
