Recent flooding has lead to the unfortunate passing of many monetary sultans, as a result a new power struggle has taken form in the banking district. Power has is currently in the money-grubbing hands of someone who claims to be the descendant of the last Althing Smuggler.

Those deemed low-priority have taken to the somewhat flooded south caves to hideout from the radiation, mild rioting, and nuclear snow. Officials have warned against this as the caves still contain vast amounts of toxic chemicals, civilians say they "don't care"
