The return of Taskforce+ presence in the Condominium has been met with inconsolable citizens who have clearly required Taskforce+ help. Full reports are yet to be disclosed to the public, though rumours have spread that the populace had turned on each other as rioting blocked off vital resources. Citizens supposedly resorted to murder and cannibalism.

Taskforces ask civilians to avoid the downtown mercantile district, in light of the recently revealed cannibal cult massacre that took place in a local butchery.
