23. The survivor population has reached the thousands Taskforces simply cannot enforce their authority any longer. The survivors have outnumbered authorities and have armed themselves with firearms scavenged from overwhelmed Gundead. Taskforces definitely do not intend to escape with the trucks.

Memory Examination

Initial memory extraction methods proved only partially effective and had a substantial loss margin involved, new methods are being tested to hopefully regain all lost information. In the current crisis situation, policy is to scan over all memory bricks for relevant information. Currently, unused memory bricks are to be stored in a state of the art vault.
