The work of local meatsmith, Pascal Daskachov, has appeared in several restricted locations, including Corporate HQ. Daskachov denies any connections with the events and is currently under investigation.
Those deemed low-priority have taken to the somewhat flooded south caves to hideout from the radiation, mild rioting, and nuclear snow. Officials have warned against this as the caves still contain vast amounts of toxic chemicals, civilians say they "don't care"
