Local street signs have recently been vandalised with sentient graffiti. This is a major inconvenience to authorities and they apologise to the public for this inconvenience. The local Wizardry are being questioned.
Those deemed low-priority have taken to the somewhat flooded south caves to hideout from the radiation, mild rioting, and nuclear snow. Officials have warned against this as the caves still contain vast amounts of toxic chemicals, civilians say they "don't care"
