These speaking stones number three,
One of which will lie to ye,

You should fear it's voice, for it is violent.
Those deemed low-priority have taken to the somewhat flooded south caves to hideout from the radiation, mild rioting, and nuclear snow. Officials have warned against this as the caves still contain vast amounts of toxic chemicals, civilians say they "don't care"
