Corporate Moneybags is a local land owner in Malvern. He owns almost all property, including the Condominium Network. Moneybags has invested a lot of money into removing the CotGW but, upon learning of the prophecy, has given up. He still manages to collect large rent fees, and advises all to stay far away from the ghetto wall.
