a wizard judges silently with upmost informity, none may question a wizard's judgement for it is final. a wizard was chosen by it's council to be as such and adheres only to them, for a wizard thinks angering a council of a wizard's equals is unwise. a wizard knows many tricks, and can confirm that both love and TV is a spell.
